NEW ORLEANS — Today, Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based Beau Box Real Estate (BBCRE) announced David Baker has joined its New Orleans office. Baker joins the Crescent City team’s growing agent roster from Birmingham, Alabama.
Baker arrives at BBCRE from LAH Commercial Real Estate, LLC, where he specialized in selling and leasing office/warehouse space, land, retail and special use property. He has represented clients from various sectors in search of commercial properties, including restaurant owners, gas station/convenience store owners, developers, multi-family complex investors, as well as non-profit organizations.
He launched his real estate career by founding Vulcan Houses, and initially focused on residential real estate. During his time in the residential market, Baker acquired, renovated, sold, leased, and managed single-family houses as well as small multi-family complexes.
At Beau Box Real Estate, Baker will specialize in sales and leasing of industrial, multi-family, office, land, and retail commercial property, as well as tenant and landlord representation. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Louisiana, as well as the State of Alabama, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce & business administration from the University of Alabama in 2009.
