NEW ORLEANS – Dallas-based commercial real estate firm CBRE announced it has expanded its presence into Louisiana with the addition of Bryce French as a New Orleans-based senior vice president.
French has more than eight years of commercial real estate experience across southeast Louisiana. He works with industrial, office, maritime and investment clients and has represented buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords.
Prior to joining CBRE, French was with Max J. Derbes Inc. in New Orleans. He has served on the Commercial Investment Division (CID) board of directors. He is a candidate member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. And he supports conservation efforts as a committee member of the local Delta Waterfowl chapter.
“We’re excited to welcome a New Orleans resident to our team as we expand CBRE’s presence into the state of Louisiana,” said Peter Mainguy, senior managing director at CBRE in Houston. “Bryce’s addition furthers our initiative to widen our reach and readily provide expert services throughout the region.”
