• Colleen Angerdina, CPA, has extensive tax and accounting experience serving real estate entities, construction companies, and not-for-profit organizations. She provides a full range of tax planning and compliance services to closely-held businesses and individuals. She has proven to be a trusted consultant for her clients year-round.
• With more than 25 years of experience, Mark Bohnet, CPA, provides clients with cash flow planning plus tax compliance, consulting, and planning services. Additionally, Bohnet delivers experience in creditor and lender negotiations. His specialized industry knowledge encompasses manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, professional services (such as engineering firms), and oil and gas.
• The accounting career of Amy Verberne, CPA, spans more than 15 years and includes tenures in public accounting, auditing, and organization management, as well as industry. She focuses on providing audit services to not-for-profits of all sizes, governmental agencies, and non-public entities (manufacturing, trucking, construction). Additionally, Verberne provides specialty expertise in the area of employee benefits plans (EBP) audits including defined contribution (401k and 403b) and defined benefit pension plans.
