NEW ORLEANS – Crescent Park opened to the public in July 2015 and was just selected as a “Must-See” by OnlyInYourState.com as #2 of “13 Must-See Places in New Orleans.”
Part of the French Market District, Crescent Park is a 1.4 mile, 20 acre urban linear park that connects the community and visitors to the riverfront. This unique public space provides breathtaking views of New Orleans, native landscaping, bike paths, a dog run and multi-use pavilions for all to enjoy.

The site offers information on venue rentals, community events, maps of the area and photos showcasing all that the area has to offer.
The next Crescent Park Bazaar is Saturday, April 16, 2016, and is a monthly market that showcases the local artist talent in New Orleans, provides a community gathering space and invites people to connect with the Mississippi River.
The Crescent Park Bazaars are held the 3rd Saturday of each month at Crescent Park’s Mandeville Wharf.
This month’s Community Day on April 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. is presented in partnership with French Market Corporation, Louisiana SPCA, BikeEasy and The Port of New Orleans.
The Bazaar features local artist vendors and food trucks, plus pet adoptions, bike workshops, kids activities, fitness classes and nonprofit tabling.
