Crescent City Auction Gallery Raises Funds for Cafe Reconcile

Ccag FrontNEW ORLEANS – The Crescent City Auction Gallery is hosting an “important winter estates auction” featuring items from the estate of John C. McNeese and deaccessioned art from the private collection of Freeport-McMoRan Inc. The event will be a fundraiser for Café Reconcile, a nonprofit that supports young adults by encouraging personal growth through workforce development and training.

CCAG will auction hundreds of lots comprised of antique furniture, paintings, jewelry and flatware on Jan. 16 and 17 at 1330 St. Charles Ave. Some proceeds will benefit Café Reconcile. Local artists are contributing their work.

“When my team came together to prepare for the Winter Estate Auction, we talked about how we could also help a nonprofit as we know everyone is hurting due to the ongoing shutdown,” explains CCAG founder and president Adam Lambert. “CCAG has an international audience as we have been doing virtual auctions on various platforms for several years, so those participating will receive extensive exposure to potential new clients making this art auction a true win-win situation for everyone involved.”
