Who We Are
Carrita Tanner-Cloud, founder and CEO of Creativity Justified, and widely known on social media as the “Business Growth Expert,” founded Creativity Justified in 2016 while working in her roles as Senior Executive Assistant at both Ochsner Health System and University Medical Center New Orleans. What began as a “side gig” quickly shifted to a flourishing full-time business in 2018.

An impactful leader with a supportive team, Carrita has been recognized by Governor John Bel Edwards for her participation in Louisiana Economic Development’s Mentor Protégé Program, where Creativity Justified partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana. More recently, Carrita Tanner-Cloud received the 2020 Newsmaker of the Year – Advertising recognition by New Orleans CityBusiness and was also recognized in the publication’s 2021 Ones to Watch. In May, Biz New Orleans highlighted Carrita as one of their 2021 Women to Watch.
