NEW ORLEANS — Corporate Realty has announced two new hires.
Lawless Turner is a new sales and leasing associate. He is responsible for researching and identifying business development opportunities in commercial real estate.
Turner began his real estate career in 2018 as a licensed agent. To date, he has logged approximately $7 million in sales. His focus has been helping investors buy multi-family properties and developers buy vacant land. He has also worked with small businesses leasing commercial space.
Prior to becoming an agent, Turner was a project manager at the Louisiana Department of Economic Development, then an economic development advisor in the office of recovery management in the Department of Economic Development for New Orleans. He went on to oversee business development for family owned A La Carte Specialty Foods, then taught social entrepreneurship at Tulane University, advising small business owners in various nonprofit networks.
He is an HBCU graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and marketing from Morehouse College. He also completed a Master of Science in international affairs at Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky and a Master of Arts in global development from the Payson Center for International Development at Tulane Law School.
Caelan Corr is a member of the office leasing and sales team — and the research team — at Corporate Realty. He is responsible for researching leasing and sales data in the office and retail sectors, detecting trends in the marketplace, and cultivating new opportunities.
Prior to joining Corporate Realty, he worked in marketing at the Comcast Silicon Valley Innovation Center, and in business development at the San Francisco-based adventure travel startup Untrodden.
Originally from New York, Corr completed a bachelor’s degree in cognitive science at Dartmouth College. He moved to New Orleans in 2021. He is a licensed real estate agent who is pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
