Specifically, in Louisiana, Corner Bakery Cafe will focus its efforts in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Shreveport and Lafayette. In targeting the state for 6-8 new restaurants, Corner Bakery Cafe, which has more than 390 locations in development commitments, plans to strengthen its presence as one of the fastest-growing brands in the industry.
