Copeland’s in Kenner Unveils Renovations

NEW ORLEANS — Copeland’s of New Orleans has announced the completion of a $1.3 renovation of its 6,800-square-foot Kenner location (1319 W. Esplanade Avenue). The restaurant has an expanded kitchen, a revamped bar and two new private dining rooms to go along with a “brand refresh” bringing updated plateware and uniforms.

“This is a labor of love for the Kenner community,” said Al Copeland Jr., the restaurant’s owner. “We aim to thank loyal guests for their years of support while inviting new guests to experience a modernized New Orleans courtyard atmosphere. Our vision is to continually innovate and enhance our offerings, ensuring our guests feel both welcomed and delighted.”

Opened by Al Copeland Sr. (founder of Popeyes Louisiana Chicken) 40 years ago, Copeland’s operates 10 locations across the South. The Kenner location debuted in 2007.
