NEW ORLEANS – Coaxum Enterprises, Inc., announced in a press release that Leo Caillier, Jr. has joined the company as director of operations.
Caillier has served as the director of operations of a McDonald’s franchise organization for the past seven and a half years.
As president of LDC Investments, he was the owner/operator of six McDonald’s restaurants in Louisiana including Baton Rouge, St. Francisville, Lafitte, Larose and the New Orleans areas.
Caillier, a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, has a bachelor of science degree in business management from Southern University in Baton Rouge.
“Mr. Caillier brings a wealth of experience to our organization. He has over 45 years of experience in the quick service restaurant industry, including 43 years with the McDonald’s Corporation,” said Henry L. Coaxum, Jr., President and CEO of Coaxum Enterprises, Inc.
