NEW ORLEANS – Coats Rose’s Daniel Lund III was selected as a Fellow of Construction Lawyers Society of America.
Lund III is a director in construction litigation at the Coats Rose New Orleans office. He regularly lectures in construction law topics, including Louisiana lien law, zoning and land use planning, general Louisiana and federal construction law and speaks on legal ethics.
Lund III maintains an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and adherence to professional standards of ethics.
Lund III’s practice focuses on construction and surety litigation and arbitration, business, insurance and products liability defense litigation, contract drafting and negotiations, telecommunications, as well as land use law in the areas of zoning and planning. He serves nationwide as a construction mediator, and as a construction arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association.
