NEW ORLEANS – St. Roch Market has announced the arrival of Coalesce Goods, a food vendor specializing in “creative, indulgent vegan fare.” Chefs Alex Davis and Jas have established a New Orleans following hosting local pop-ups that “push the boundaries of plant-based foods.” Their menu includes options like vegan boudin balls, chicken and waffles, raw plant-based “cheesecake” and even donuts. Coalesce Goods’ mission is to “share love through sustainable foods that not only taste good, but make you feel good too.” Coalesce Goods will open at the St. Roch Market on Feb. 12, 2021.
Founded in 2014, St. Roch Market is a food hall featuring a mix of local food and beverage talent. It is located at 2381 St Claude Avenue.
