Co-founders Of Cash Money Records To Give Away 2,500 Turkeys

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The co-founders of Cash Money Records are returning home to New Orleans to hand out over 2,500 turkeys.

         NOLA.com/ The Times-Picayune’s Chelsea Brasted reports the label's co-founders Ronald "Slim" Williams and Brian "Baby" Williams will distribute the turkeys as part of the 19th annual giveaway scheduled for Nov. 24.

         Cash Money Records says other artists from the record label will be joining the Williams brothers at New Home Full Gospel Ministries.

         The event will also feature free health screenings for health issues including high blood pressure, diabetes, aorta disease and sexually transmitted diseases.

         The turkey giveaway will begin at 2 p.m.
