NEW ORLEANS – Beginning Monday, March 2, 2015, you’ll find the City of New Orleans’ Administrative Hearing Center and Parking Division offices located at City Hall, 1300 Perdido St. Both offices were previously located across from City Hall at 1340 Poydras St., and city officials say consolidation of the office locations will improve constituent access to City services.
The City’s Administrative Hearing Center is the location where individuals can contest parking and photo safety camera citations. This office also accepts payments or provides refunds for certain towing and booting fees and fines. The Administrative Hearing Center will be located in Room 1W09 on the first floor of City Hall. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The City’s Parking Division is responsible for enforcing the City’s parking regulations and managing on-street curb space. The Parking Division office is moving to Room 2W84 on the second floor of City Hall. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Individuals can avoid parking citations by becoming familiar with the content on the City’s Parking 101 website at: www.nola.gov/dpw/parking/parking-101/
