City Announces Meetings On Proposed Historic Districts

NEW ORLEANS – The City of New Orleans announced the schedule for the Historic District Landmarks Commission Study Committee meetings for Uptown/ Carrollton and Mid City/ Parkview.

         The Uptown/ Carrollton and Mid City/ Parkview Study Committees will meet to discuss the boundaries, levels of jurisdiction and surveys for the proposed historic districts.

         The Mayor appointed review committees for each area that will recommend boundaries and levels of jurisdiction for proposed new historic districts.
