NEW ORLEANS – The Southern Food & Beverage Museum (SoFAB) will present the third annual Cirque de Cuisine: A Kitchen Tour, on Sunday, Oct. 8, from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., taking place at 10 historic private homes in the French Quarter.
Guests will stroll at their leisure and experiences some behind-the-scenes views while enjoying small tastes of signature dishes from some of the city’s most acclaimed chefs, paired with a cocktail, wine, beer or soft drink.
Participating restaurants include Toups South, Maypop, Broussard’s, Two Girls One Shuck, Opal Basil, Briquette, Somehow Stokehold, WJ Smokehouse, EAT and more.
Wine, beer and beverages will be provided by Faubourg Wines, Kobrand, Port Orleans Brewery, Fleur de LA Imports, Sonoma-Cutrer, Spirit Wines, Nola Brewing, CoolBrew, Swamp Pop, Boston Beer and Republic National.
Cirque de Cuisine begins at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel of The New Orleans Hotel Collection, at 717 Orleans St., where guests will receive a wristband and map.
Tickets are $65 at the door, $55 in advance and $45 for SoFAB members.
