Chase Appointed NOAAM Board Chair

UrlNEW ORLEANS — Edgar “Dook” Chase IV has been appointed chair of the board of directors of the New Orleans African American Museum of Art, History and Culture. He is the grandson of the late Leah Chase and proprietor of his family’s historic Tremé restaurant. He is an advocate for the preservation of Creole and African American culture and owner of several other culinary concepts. He has served on many local boards.
