NEW ORLEANS — 2018 marks the City of New Orleans' 300th anniversary, a time full of celebrations of the city's rich history, unique traditions, and diverse culture. With only six months left during this historic time, locals and tourists have an opportunity to be a part of history and show their support with official New Orleans Tricentennial merchandise.
"The New Orleans Tricentennial merchandise captures the true essence of the city, featuring classic items from local vendors," said Mark Romig, President and CEO of the 2018 NOLA Foundation, the supporting organization for the 2018 Tricentennial. "We are excited to partner with these local artists and provide them with the opportunity to showcase their work and we want everyone to be a part of history."
The city's tricentennial has attracted many guests and visitors including dignitaries from more than three dozen nations. It's not too late to join in on the celebration and purchase the official merchandise before the end of the year.
