NEW ORLEANS – Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans announced the addition of eight new members to its 2016 Board of Directors, as well as the promotion of current members into various leadership positions.
Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans new members of the Board of Directors include:

• Mason G. Couvillon
• Karen S. DeBlieux
• David J. Francis
• Michael E. Nolan
• Lawrence P. Oertling
• Alex L. Suffrin
• Regina G. Templet
The following board members will hold leadership roles:
• Michael O. Read, Chairman
• Byron A. Adams, Jr., Vice-Chairman
• Michael F. Hulefeld, Secretary
• Lloyd A. Tate, Treasurer.
Current board members also include: Very Rev. Rodney P. Bourg, V.F., Terrel J. Broussard, Anh “Joseph” Cao, Dr. Pierre Detiege, John L. Eckholdt, Dr. Elizabeth H. Fontham, Janice Martin Foster, James T. Hanna, John Hummel, Demetric M. Mercadel, Leon J. Reymond, Jr., Brian J. Rotolo, Mark J. Spansel, and Sr. Anthony Barczykowski, D.C., Board Member Emeritus.
Members of the Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans said they provide hope, help and loving care for the most vulnerable and needy in the eight civil parishes of the Archdiocese of New Orleans. They said they work to be the hands and heart of Jesus Christ for brothers and sisters in need. Through their ministries, programs and community partnerships, they provide a comprehensive network of social services that connects clients to resources and acts as a springboard to self-sufficiency for those struggling, they said.
