NEW ORLEANS — O’Connor Capital Partners today announced that three new national luxury powerhouses are joining the already desirable line-up at Canal Place, New Orleans’ premier luxury retail destination. Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch and G Star Raw will each open their first and only Gulf Region locations between now and the first quarter of 2019, joining world-class brands including Saks Fifth Avenue, Brooks Brothers, Tiffany & Co., lululemon athletica, Anthropologie and vineyard vines.
A major renovation program is also planned over the next two years to revitalize the property. O’Connor Capital Partners, the firm which manages and leases Canal Place, has partnered with preeminent architectural firm Gensler to reinvigorate the 260,000-square-foot property, while the O’Connor team focuses on transforming the services, aesthetics and other changes to deliver a new, modern shopping experience.

Legendary Louis Vuitton is slated to open on the first floor of Canal Place in February 2019. The 4,000-square-foot storefront will welcome visitors and New Orleans’ most fashionable shoppers alike with a luxurious buildout to showcase the brand’s coveted ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories, watches, jewelry, fragrance and stationery.
Distinguished lifestyle brand Tory Burch debuts mid-September 2018 with a 2,300-square-foot space to display the designer’s sought-after American apparel, accessories and home goods. This is the first stand-alone Tory Burch shop in the region and will be enthusiastically welcomed by the brand’s many fans.
G Star Raw, a luxury denim brand with a focus on fine craftsmanship and urban appeal, opens this September and will concentrate on men’s apparel, adding new fashion-forward options for male shoppers.
