New Orleans’ own Camellia Brand, known for its beans and other pantry staples, has announced the release of its new Camellia dinner mixes, designed to help home cooks create Louisiana-inspired meals with less fuss. The products have started rolling out this week at participating local retailers, including Rouses Markets and Zuppardo’s. They will be available online nationwide soon.

The new offerings are Creole Red Bean Seasoning Mix, Cajun White Bean Seasoning Mix, Gumbo Cajun Roux Base, Dirty Rice Cajun Seasoning Mix and Jambalaya Cajun Seasoning Mix. The company said all are made with 100% natural ingredients, including spices and vegetables.
