METAIRIE, LA – Key promotions have been announced by Broadmoor, LLC President Ryan Mouledous on behalf of the Metairie-based designbuild firm.
John E. Manion, IV, LEED AP, PMP, 41, of Slidell, LA, has been promoted to Associate Vice President, and Director of Project Controls. Manion has been with Broadmoor since 2014, and is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Construction Management, 2001. Prior to joining Broadmoor, Manion was with The Lemoine Company of Lafayette, LA and The McDonnel Group of Metairie, LA.
Additionally, Nathan T. Hunter, LEED AP, 33, of Mandeville, LA, has been promoted to Associate Vice President, Director of Preconstruction. Hunter has been with the company for 3 years and is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, 2008. Prior to joining Broadmoor, Hunter was an Estimator at Kent Design-Build of Mandeville, LA and MAPP Construction of Baton Rouge, LA.
Mouledous also announced the promotion of Michael N. Park, 35, of Slidell, LA, to Project Executive. Park began his career with Broadmoor as an intern after graduating from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, 2004. In addition to his management duties, Park champions new recruits at LSU on a yearly basis and leads the Broadmoor Edge Internship Program.
