Blair Lancaster Joins Athena Real Estate

Headshot Cropped For SiteNEW ORLEANS – Blair Lancaster has joined the team at Athena Real Estate.

The company said she brings a unique set of skills: knowledge of architecture and interior design; practical knowledge of floor plans, staging, renovations and makeovers; advanced skills in marketing and event planning; and a true passion for results.

Blair’s love of architecture started with her father, who taught her the fine points of building styles and architectural elements as they walked the streets of Uptown New Orleans. After graduating from Benjamin Franklin High School, she went to college at LSU, where she earned a degree in architecture.

Blair’s creative flair evolved in the design industry, where she cultivated her sales and marketing career and developed strong client relations skills. She honed her skills further through her work with Mullin Landscape Associates and Sizeler Thompson Brown Architects, and she added event planning and management to her expertise along the way. Blair then returned to her architecture training as an associate interior designer with Susan Currie Design, where her duties included staging and home makeovers.

Blair quickly realized her professional background and commitment to client satisfaction were perfect for real estate. So she reached out to her friend Stacie Carruba, who introduced her to Athena Real Estate and the brokerage’s unique collaborative approach. Warmly welcomed by the Athena team, Blair knew she had found her new home.

“Buying a home often means making renovations to meet your needs and lifestyle,” Blair said. “With my background in architecture and interior design, I have the practical knowledge to turn a wish list into reality – and make it fit with your budget.”
