NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Today, Beau Box Commercial Real Estate announced Amy Sims and Lance Ginn have joined the New Orleans office. Joining the brokerage team in New Orleans, Sims and Ginn will expand the agent roster to 13 agents.
Amy joins Beau Box from Dorsey Development, where she worked on facilitating development projects including permitting, coordination of site selection, and lease administration.
Her primary focus is sales and leasing in the retail market. She also handles sales and acquisitions of industrial and vacant land properties.
Lance began his real estate career in Baton Rouge with Waters & Pettit Commercial Real Estate in 2015 and joined Beau Box CRE in 2017.
His primary focus is sales and leasing in the industrial market. He also handles landlord and tenant representation in the office and retail markets, as well as sales and acquisitions of office, retail, and vacant land properties.
Ginn is currently working toward his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a member of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter. He is an active member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors and the Board’s Commercial Investment Division. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the E.J. Ourso College of Business in 2014.
