NEW ORLEANS – Bayou Wine Garden in Mid-City is celebrating its two-year anniversary Tuesday, Jan. 23 from 6-9 p.m. with complementary sparkling wine, cheese and charcuterie.
The event is billed as its "biggest wine tasting yet."
The wine -centric bar and restaurant has a wine-on-tap system that allows for 32 rotating wines. Chef and co-owner Virginia Demarest turns out a variety of house made charcuterie and salami ranging from fresh pates to cured meats and sausages, along with a large selection of international cheeses, appetizers, sandwiches, flat breads and salads.
