NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans-based Bart’s Office Moving, Inc. will open its warehouse this week to the community as a collection point for donations and is seeking supply donations from the local community to fill its 26-foot moving trucks for those affected by the Baton Rouge region’s recent flooding.
Bart’s has made several trips to the area with supply truckloads since the region was affected and wants to provide the Greater New Orleans area community an opportunity to donate in a centralized area for delivery to drop-off points in and around Baton Rouge.
From 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday, August 29, through Friday, September 2, 2016, Bart’s will open its warehouse for donations at 2540 Industry St., in New Orleans.
Bart’s trucks will then depart Saturday, September 3, for Animal Rescue of New Orleans (ARNO), Take Paws, Junior League of New Orleans, Second Harvest Food Bank and Salvation Army drop-off points in and around Baton Rouge.
