NEW ORLEANS – Baldwin Haspel Burke & Mayer announced Alex Aughtry has joined the firm as an attorney.
Aughtry is an Atlanta native who moved to New Orleans in 2003 to attend Tulane University, where she received a bachelor's degree in English Writing and a Master of Social Work. In 2016, she earned her law degree at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
Aughtry joined Baldwin Haspel Burke & Mayer as a law clerk in 2015 and now practices primarily in maritime and civil litigation. She attends various local maritime and professional events and is eagerly growing her presence and practice.
Outside of the office, Aughtry enjoys time with her English black lab Zulu, listening to New Orleans' live music offerings and taking part in various home improvement projects.
