As Bourbon Street Construction Continues, Arnaud’s Remoulade Restaurant Is Tempting Happy Hour Crowd To Take A Detour

NEW ORLEANS – Although the 100-300 blocks of Bourbon Street are currently undergoing construction, the surrounding establishments remain open for business.

         Arnaud’s Remoulade Restaurant, 309 Bourbon St., is encouraging locals and visitors to bypass the roadwork and escape the summer heat to enjoy its “Seven ‘til 7” daily happy hour specials, including half off select menu items, paired with specialty drinks, seven days a week.

         From June 12 – September 4, from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., offerings will include:

         The improvements being made on Bourbon Street blocks 100-800 will continue through December and will impact every business on Bourbon and its surrounding areas. The overhaul is intended to repair the surface of Bourbon Street and its underground infrastructure as a part of the Citywide Public Safety Improvement Program by both the City of New Orleans and the Sewage and Water Board.
