Anderson New VP, CFO Of Volunteers Of America Greater Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE – Terry M. Anderson, CPA, CGMA, of Covington, LA., has been named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Volunteers of America Greater Baton Rouge (VOAGBR).

         VOAGBR is a faith-based nonprofit social services organization, which provides immediate assistance and long-term solutions that benefit individuals and strengthen families.

         Anderson previously served as Controller of the organization since 2009, managing the financial support and reporting requirements of programs and services to veterans, children and youth, persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities and chronic or severe mental illness.

         He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants. He holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from LSU.
