Allain C. Andry III Retires From Fidelity Board

NEW ORLEANS – Fidelity Bank Board Members recently gathered to honor the retirement of Allain C. Andry, III.

         Andry has been an active member of Fidelity’s Board since 1972. He served as Chairman of the Board from 1987 until 2010. In addition, Andry served as Fidelity’s Attorney and Chief Legal Counsel for over 50 years.

         A third generation banker, his grandfather, Allain C. Andry, was a founder of Fidelity in 1908, and served as President for many years, as did his father, Allain C. Andry, Jr.  Andry’s daughter, Katie Andry Crosby, currently serves as Chairman of the Board. She said, "This is an exciting time for my father as he opens a new chapter in his life. We are grateful for his dedication and his service to the community and Fidelity Bank. The Board will continue the tradition of personalized service and high integrity banking that was put in place by him and my grandfathers before him.”
