NEW ORLEANS — Adams and Reese announced Justin Glenn has joined the firm’s New Orleans office as an associate.
Glenn joins the firm’s financial services team and practices in the areas of litigation; commercial bankruptcy and restructuring; and global trade, transportation, and logistics.
With a varied litigation background, Glenn handles commercial litigation and premises liability for clients in Louisiana and Mississippi. His experience encompasses federal and state court litigation, including premises liability, constitutional issues, asbestos litigation, electric power cooperative litigation and general tort defense.
In the financial services arena, Glenn advises financial institutions on matters involving contracts and agreements, bankruptcy and restructuring, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, antitrust and unfair competition, regulatory defense, credit card collection practices, and enforcement of intellectual property rights. He is also experienced in mediation and arbitration and has defended clients’ matters before the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Mississippi Supreme Court.
Glenn earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Mississippi College School of Law in 2017 and his B.B.A. from Delta State University in 2014.
