Adams And Reese Partner Henry Elected Fellow Of Texas Bar Foundation

NEW ORLEANS – Adams and Reese Houston and New Orleans Partner Leslie M. Henry has been elected a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, one of the highest distinctions that can be bestowed upon a member of the State Bar of Texas. The honor recognizes Henry’s outstanding contributions to the legal profession as well as her commitment to the community.

         Each year, the top one-third of 1 percent of Texas attorneys are invited to become Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. Nominees are selected by the foundation’s 17 District Nominating Committees. Once nominated, each nominee must be elected by the Texas Bar Foundation Board of Trustees in order to become a Fellow.

         Henry, a litigation partner at Adams and Reese, leads growth for the firm in toxic tort counsel in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. She focuses her practice on premises liability, products liability, and environmental and toxic tort. Henry also serves as national counsel for a petrochemical client and handles its docket nationwide in toxic tort litigation matters.

         Henry is a member of the Houston Bar Foundation, The Texas Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute (DRI). She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law and her B.A. from Northeast Louisiana University.
