NEW ORLEANS – On Thursday, March 10, 2016, the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) Express Network Crescent City Connection held their 1st annual Awards Luncheon.
Eleven members were awarded ABWA Protegee Awards:

Christi Felder and Rachel Nunez were both nominated for the Woman of the Year Award, and President Nunez was selected.

The President of the Baton Rouge chapter La Capitole was on hand to talk about the significance of the Award and Carol Newman, former WOY and Top Ten nominee presented the Award to Rachel Nunez.
