Today, Soldevila & Associates is recognized as one of Louisiana’s most respected boutique firms, serving clients across the Gulf South with benefits consulting, HR technology, and compliance services.

Dale has always believed in showing up — whether for his clients or his loved ones. Over the years, he’s estimated that he has traveled more than 200,000 miles to attend family gatherings and maintain a close connection to his roots. One of the most meaningful parts of Dale’s journey has been the opportunity to work alongside his daughter, Hillary Barnett. Hillary joined the firm 10 years ago and now plays a central leadership role in its operations and growth. Together, the two bring a balance of experience and innovation to every client relationship.
