The Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control says the clubs agreed to fines ranging from $3,000 to $12,500.

The agreement follows an ATC investigation called "Operation Trick or Treat" which cited 10 clubs and bars for various violations including prostitution, drugs and other lewd or improper acts.
