LAPLACE, LA – The 43rd Annual Andouille Festival presented by Marathon Petroleum Company, LP is set to take place from Friday, October 14 through Sunday, October 16, 2016. This year’s festival will include a second line, the Andouille Jazz Brunch, The Andouille Run, Dang Douille Eating Contest, Andouille Cook-off and more at the Thomas F. Daley Memorial Park, located at 2900 Highway 51 in LaPlace, LA.
The Andouille Festival will feature music, festivities, good times and great food cooked with andouille, the delectable sausage for which the festival was named. Thousands of people gather at the parish tradition to participate in the many events the festival has to offer. This year’s music lineup features Amanda Shaw & The Cute Guys, Gina Brown & Anutha Level, Image, Dwayne Dopsie & the Zydeco Hellraisers, Karma, New Birth Brass Band and Category 6. Festival posters, Jazz Brunch Tickets and Pay-One-Price Ride Bracelets are available for sale online and at the St. John Parish Economic Development Department, Matherne’s Supermarket in LaPlace, Don’s Supermarket and Greg’s Supermarket in Reserve in October.

Jazz Brunch tickets and Pay-One-Price Ride Bracelets are now available for purchase.
The Andouille Festival Jazz Brunch is set to take place at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 16, in the St. John the Baptist Community Center with food and live entertainment. Tickets are available for $30 and can be purchased online or at the Parish President's Office, 1801 W. Airline Hwy, LaPlace, La.
Pay-One-Price Ride Bracelets allow unlimited rides for one day of the festival or the entire festival weekend. Advanced weekend Pay-One-Price Ride Bracelets are $50 and advanced single day passes are $25. Bracelets are available online or in-person at Matherne's Supermarket, Greg's Supermarket, Don's Supermarket, Percy Hebert Building Receptionist Desk and the Westbank Courthouse. At the festival, weekend Pay-One-Price Ride Bracelets will be available for $75 and single day Pay-One-Price Ride will be available for $30.
