Leadership Jefferson is a nine-month program designed to develop a diverse network of dedicated business and community leaders. The interactive workshops expose participants to local leaders and activists working to resolve critical issues facing Jefferson Parish. Specific session topics include education, healthcare, quality of life, governance, diversity & inclusion, community involvement and economic development.
Thirty-five members of the Class of 2018 were celebrated at a graduation ceremony in June 2018. The program continues to grow, receiving nearly 65 applications for the Class of 2019. Applications for the Class of 2020 will open in June 2019.
