1st Lake Properties, AAGNO Organize Toy Drive For Angel’s Place, The Metropolitan Center For Women & Children

NEW ORLEANS – 1st Lake Properties, Inc. and The Apartment Association of Greater New Orleans (AAGNO) have long held events for local non-profits during the holidays. This year, the two organizations have organized a toy drive to benefit Angel’s Place and the Metropolitan Center for Women & Children. Organizers said the toys will fulfill many holiday wishes for the children of sheltered families or hospitalized children and their families.

“These gifts represent the generosity of our team members and residents at 1st Lake Properties,” said Stacey Shane Schott, Senior Vice President for Favrot & Shane and 1st Lake Properties, Inc. “They understand the hardships these families are suffering and are pleased to be able to share their blessings at this time of year by donating toys and other items needed.”

“The work the Metropolitan Center for Women & Children and Angel’s Place do in our community is crucial,” said Tammy Esponge, Association Director for AAGNO. “We are grateful to be able to help them in their tasks.”
