NEW ORLEANS (AP) — New Orleans police are investigating a fatal crash involving a vehicle that fell from a downtown parking garage.
The accident happened about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at a parking garage at Camp and Poydras streets.
Officer Gary Flot says the vehicle crashed through a steel railing and a glass window from either the fifth or sixth floor of the garage and landing upside down on the street below.
