NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Entergy New Orleans is continuing its series of community town hall meetings in each New Orleans council district. These meetings serve as an opportunity for residents to engage with our team members and learn more about what Entergy is doing to make its service more reliable.
Customer service specialists will be onsite to provide billing assistance and the Energy Smart team will be sharing energy efficiency tips to help residents save energy and reduce costs. Attendees will hear from representatives from various departments, including the gas department and security lighting experts.
All participants will be asked to complete a survey about their services.

District C 4/15 Algiers Library, 3014 Holiday Dr.
District B 4/16 Xavier University, 7800 Washington Ave.
District A 4/17 Lakeview Christian Center, 5885 Fleur De Lis Dr.
District C 4/18 NOCCA, 2800 Chartres St.
All town hall meetings will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
